Court declared Open Finance bankrupt

The decision to declare Open Finance bankrupt was issued by the Warsaw district court. For now, it is not binding.

The receiver is Paweł Andrzej Głodek.  The petition for bankruptcy was filed by the management board of Open Finance at the end of last year. The company was the largest credit intermediary in Poland. In 2021, it recorded revenues of PLN 116.5 million. This is almost 100 million less than in 2020. However, the net loss reached PLN 140.2 million. A year earlier, it was PLN 28.9 million.
