The voting results of the creditors of Manufaktura Piwa, Wódki i Wina and Tenczynek Dystrybucja are already known.
The financial situation of the Beer, Vodka and Wine Manufaktura and the Tenczynek Brewery. Distribution has been difficult for several months. Their debts were estimated at millions of zlotys. As a result, in August, the companies’ representatives requested the initiation of accelerated arrangement proceedings. Creditors had until the end of October to vote on the arrangement proposals presented to them. The latest information shows that they supported the adoption of the arrangement in the Beer, Vodka and Wine Manufaktura. The situation is different in Tenczynek Dystrybucja. Although the majority of creditors voted in favor of the arrangement, its acceptance turned out to be impossible due to the failure to meet the quota condition. Company representatives assure that the implementation of the developed restructuring plan is possible. The Beer, Vodka and Wine Manufaktura received support from an investor, the company “Alkohole Kraftowe”. According to the agreement, Kraftowe Alkohole will lease Manufaktura’s beer businesses in exchange for a loan that will enable it to settle its liabilities.
