The future of shopping centers

The future of large shopping centers is in question.

The coronavirus pandemic that has been going on for over a year has revised plans to build new shopping centers. The construction of large galleries was limited in favor of small and medium-sized shopping centers and retail parks. All of this was dictated by the effects of each subsequent lockdown. A change in consumer habits has been noticed, consisting in a significant increase in interest in online shopping. However, some consumers still stick to the “traditional” form of shopping. It is emphasized especially by representatives of shopping centers, who, taking into account all the variables, must re-plan their development strategy.
