Simplified restructuring with some changes

There are many indications that the simplified restructuring procedure will not only be a temporary solution.

Under the so-called

Anti-crisis shield 4.0, the so-called simplified restructuring procedure. According to the original arrangements, it was to apply for a year, i.e. from June 2020 to June 2021. Practice has shown that this solution has worked. Many entrepreneurs from various industries have opted for this restructuring mode. Therefore, efforts were made to permanently introduce solutions derived from the simplified restructuring, including some modifications in the procedure for approval of the arrangement.
