Changes in the remuneration of the work of the supervisor and manager
The proposed changes to the regulations are to result in modifications in the remuneration of the work of a court supervisor and administrator in restructuring proceedings.
In the light of the existing regulations, the supervisor and manager repeatedly receive remuneration for the work performed at the end of restructuring proceedings.
It is worth adding that the restructuring proceedings are spread over time and may last from one to three years. The provisions on which work is currently underway are to enable the regulation of the remuneration of the supervisor and manager as part of advances received at specific stages of the restructuring.
