Time of control
The period of inspections carried out by the National Labor Inspectorate (PIP) has begun.
PIP checks employers for irregularities in submitting applications for assistance under anti-crisis shields.
The inspections are aimed at revealing abuses used by employers, mainly in terms of reducing the working time and work, and the use of downtime.
The results of the control so far have indicated several dozen irregularities. The representatives of the Trade Union Forum emphasize, however, that it should be remembered that the provisions contained in the shields caused many interpretation problems, which could sometimes result in unconscious mistakes.
