Micro-entrepreneurs reluctant to recover debts.

Less than 26% of medium-sized enterprises and 13% of small businesses decide to recover their receivables. Among them, enterprises operating in production, service, trade and construction are dominant. Entrepreneurs declare that they feel the effects of the lack of timely payment of financial obligations after 3-4 weeks.
