The housing construction market will not budge

Housing construction statistics continue to be alarmingly low.

The year-on-year data on commenced construction of flats and houses and submitted applications for building permits are alarmingly low. They reflect the current economic situation in the housing construction industry and encourage the opinion of continued stagnation to be maintained. Stagnation, which was not broken by the act on preferential housing loans passed in March, which will be available from the beginning of July. Both individual investors and developers are still very cautious. It would seem, therefore, that these pessimistic trends are overtaken by the results determining the number of premises commissioned for use. However, it should be noted that these are not reliable data. Well, they do not reflect the current market situation. Rather, they remind you of the good situation in which the construction industry was a few years ago. It is therefore to be expected that there will be a collapse in this aspect as well, but at present it is postponed in time.
