Redundancies in the Polish technology industry

The Polish technology industry is not free from problems.

For several months, we have been systematically receiving information about employment restructuring carried out by global technological giants, including: Microsoft, Meta, Philips, Ericsson. It turns out that this is not just a problem of these powerful holding companies. This also applies to our domestic companies. They also verify the status of employment. So far, software companies: STX Next and Netguru have informed about job reductions. All these companies, both foreign and Polish, equally argue for personnel decisions. They indicate the need to adapt to current market conditions, which are changing as a result of the economic slowdown and reduced demand for services provided. This forces the reduction of redundant employment, which arose as a result of dynamic development.

Despite the fact that we receive information about the shrinking of the tech industry every month, experts still point out that we cannot talk about a trend.
