Huta Częstochowa sold
At the end of May, Huta Częstochowa was sold.
The buyer is the Liberty House Group, which has leased Huta since December last year. Despite this transaction, the bankruptcy proceedings against Huta, which have been conducted since September 2019, are still pending. Moreover, several cases are still pending, including the return of the bid security paid by Sunningwell Steel Polska during the second tender for the sale of the Steelworks.
